The associate membership is mainly for spouses and significant others who do not actually ride a bike them self, but would like to be a member and do not need all the other benefits such as the news letter, and member discounts.

Membership dues are normally submitted at the first of the year, however if you wish to join in the middle of the year then your dues will be prorated at $2 a month through the end of the year.

Membership benefits include the following:

Regularly Scheduled Rides, Rallys and Events

We meet every Saturday and Sunday for local rides. MSSR's hosts the Huck's Road and Track rally every year, as well as rides to east Tennesse and the Ozarks in Arkansas. In addition, several trips are scheduled to rallies and events hosted with other clubs like the Honda Sport Touring Association (HSTA), Memphis Motorcycle Club (MMC), Honda Hoot (HRC), and Daytona Bike Week. The group attends many track days through out the year - you can rest assured these are some of the best gatherings of riders from all over.

Monthly Club Meetings

Currently meeting at 7 p.m. on the 1st Wednesday of the month at the Fox Ridge Pizza at 1769 N. Germantown Parkway at Dexter.

We meet to discuss and vote on club business, review past rides, and plan future rides and events.

Message Board

This contains meeting minutes, upcoming events, reviews of past events, member submitted articles, classified ads, and anything that pertains to the club. However, this is for members only.

Other Benefits

1) Discounts at most major motorcycle dealerships in the Memphis area.

2) Other social activities that are another excuse to get together to talk about motorcycling. This would include any type of motorcycling event.

3) We are frequently invited by the Memphis Motorcycle Club to participate in some of their events.

4) Call other MSSR members to see if they want to ride! Plan an extended Sunday ride and see if anyone else wants to participate. You just might have some takers!

5) We try to keep track of other club's track practice events, racing events, and to meet up with other clubs for weekend rides.
